Voor verzorgingshuizen welke coaching on te job nodig hebben voor mondzorg aan verpleegkundig personeel zijn er dubbel gekwalificeerde behandelaren beschikbaar. Een mondhygienist-geriatrie met een verzorgende-IG papier zal meedraaien op de afdeling en daarbij de mondzorg implementeren. Duur van dit proces kan tot en met 7 maanden (per afdeling). Herhaling kan wanneer dit nodig blijkt. Dus heeft een instelling coaching nodig en is er door het tekort aan personeel ook nog iemand nodig op de werkvloer, dan slaat u twee vliegen in één klap.
